Having recognized that the market suits its passions, Longplay Studio Zagreb has been rebuilt with a vision of ADR dubbing becoming one of its most prominent services.
Why ADR?
Automated dialogue replacement caught our attention even before we upgraded the studio to fit the Dolby Atmos™ norms, as our clientele grew diverse enough over time to spill from the music into the film industry.
The tasks we have done so far included the following:
- Improvement of a dialogue’s quality and re-recording to increase the technical accuracy of tracks.
- Recording new actors due to their vocal characteristics, which sometimes involved changes in the script and improvement of diction or the choice of accents.
- Removal of content for legal purposes.
- Correction of pronunciation errors in the original recording.
How did we adapt to your needs?
Exceedingly long hours of work demand consistent focus and effort, which is why we made sure to provide everything to make this obstacle as small as possible. During the construction of our spacious recording chambers, we used materials and colors that have a calming effect, while efficient and silent air conditioning creates the ideal temperature and moisture.
The main recording room features a 55” Samsung QLED monitor to be used for synchronizing. Top-tier choice of microphones, Binaural headphones, and the flawless Genelec the Ones surround system accompanied by PCM 6-2 XBD stereo monitors altogether comprise the technical setup that saves an enormous amount of time when hearing recording errors or making post-production decisions.
